Where does we deliver?
Currently, we deliver across Hyderabad. Delivery to other cities will be announced soon.
How is Same Old Box different from other food delivery services?
Unlike regular food delivery apps, we focus on healthy, portion-controlled meals with subscription flexibility, ensuring fresh meals daily without the hassle of ordering every day.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer 4 types of plans:
2-day, 6-day, 15-day, 26-day plan. You can choose meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner based on your requirements.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription 4 hours before the next delivery. Simply contact our support team.
Can I change my meal preferences after subscribing?
Absolutely. You can update your preferences, switch plans, or add/remove meals 24 hours before the next delivery.
What are your delivery timings?
Delivery is typically done between 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM for breakfast and 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch, depending on your subscription.
What if my delivery is late or missed?
We strive to deliver on time. In case of a delay or missed delivery, please contact our support team, and we will ensure a replacement or refund.
Is there any hidden charge or delivery fee?
No! All prices shown include delivery charges. There are no hidden fees.
What if I have dietary allergies or restrictions?
Please mention your allergies when subscribing. Our team will guide you on the meals suitable for you.
Do you provide corporate or bulk orders?
